Springlake At Bluebonnet Has New Sign and Huge Christmas Snowman Baton Rouge Real Estate
Yesterday I was in Springlake at Bluebonnet Highlands to perform a Baton Rouge Home Appraisal on a very rare Baton Rouge Foreclosure. This once $240,000 home with pond view and slab granite counters, on Springtree Avenue, was only 3.5 years old but had very excess wear and tear including broken window, busted door frame, extensive holes in sheetock, bad patchwork over other sheetrock holes, a range / oven door hanging almost off, stained carpet and some peeling paint on exterior.
While in Springlake At Bluebonnet Highlands, I noticed their new entrance sign below and this huge snowman almost as tall as the roof on this home. And, below are representative photos of an older home in older original section on West side of Bluebonnet Blvd and newer home in newer section on east side of Bluebonnet Blvd.
