This is a limited 25-30 page Fannie Mae Form report, sent to you as a PDF file, generally about three to four business days after inspection. This can be used to help set the listing price for your house. It is a full appraisal with inspection, accurate sketch based on national ANSI standards, semi-professional photos, research, data analysis, and comparable solds and listings.
This report does include the Fannie Mae form but not the form used for loan purposes (lender will order their own appraisal from an approved Appraiser on their own rotation roster). The intended use is for setting a sales price for a property.
A List Price Appraisal can be done for a residental property in a restricted subdivision only, not for a manufactured home and for vacant land.
