What is a final inspection for Baton Rouge Home Appraisal

When a home is appraised before it’s 100 percent finished, generally a lender orders a “final inspection” prior to closing. A final inspection is a verification inspection to determine IF the home was built according to plans and specifications, if it’s move in ready and if all mechanical systems are operational.
