As I was driving into Rambling Oaks Subdivision the other day, I noticed a new set of really nice Townhomes. I pulled into the development to see that the builder developer was Patterson Homes.

I contacted the Listing Agent, Treshur Jones @ 225-954-2460 to inquire about this new development. According to Treshur, “I am very pleased with the project and also think they are a great addition to the Central community!!” Also, Treshur stated, “2 are pending and I am currently waiting on the third contract right now.
