Is Damaged Garage Door On Investor Rehad Speaking To Potential Baton Rouge Home Buyers?
Here’s what I mean, see the photos below.
I appraised this home as a foreclosure in 2012 and 2013 and then it sold to an investor. Investor only partially rehabbed property NOT to the satisfaction of potential buyers after being on the market (listing in MLS with an Agent) for months. I then saw a dumpster outside this home recently where investor is probably finishing the rehab that should have been completed originally considering the very high listing price. AND, every time I’m in that area of Town, I see this Garage Door and it speaks to me as if I were a potential buyer.
What’s the point? The point is that IF this garage door is this beat up (damaged) and the investor over looked replacing it, what eles did the investor over look in the renovation of this property? I’m making a good point here and one buyers of Real Estate Investor FLIPS should consider.
