Overall, both the Average and Median Sold Prices are down for 2010, as illustrated above. The Median Sales Price in 2009 was $285,500 but only $267,000 in 2010. However, the Average Sold Price Per Sq. Ft. is UP $3/sf in 2010. If a local Agent were to list home today in Windermere, they would likely rely on the $130/sf figure, which would represent an increase from 2009.
